Role Summary: Creative

We are looking for someone with an agency background that has a range of experience working within a studio or office management position. You will be supporting the team with daily management. We are looking for someone with real initiative who can make things happen – you must be organised, have great attention to detail and be willing to jump across multiple disciplines.


Role Detail


  • You need to be a good time keeper and have the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder, with business, production and project management skills.
  • You need to know when to ask for help or guidance from colleagues and enjoy working as part of a team – but be able to work without supervision
  • You’ll be expected to manage the company’s social media accounts & content for the web site.
  • You will be expected to carry out general financial, administrative and HR tasks IE handling payments and expenses, processing invoices, organising staff and crew travel and accommodation.
  • You may also be expected to help the team with project management when times are busy. This will include liaisons between the creative team and our suppliers and arranging the logistics for the production team.
  • There will also be times when assistance will be needed with event production and managing physical stock items in out of the studio or storage.
  • Organise and attend trade shows.
  • Assist the design team with research materials.
  • Multiple ad-hoc projects.
  • The role is full time based from the London studio & remotely although you might be required to travel to client / event locations.

General/ internal / team working

  • Understand the company’s mission, vision, objectives and values to continually enhance the company’s performance.
  • Ensure your behaviours represent the company in the best light at all times
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends to the team.
  • Own items on and contribute to TAKEOFF’s internal improvement plans.
  • Research and understand competition and share learnings with the team so that we can develop/respond as required.
