Role Summary: Studio Coordinator (Office/SoMe Assistant)

We are looking for someone with an interest in design and marketing within the entertainment sector. The role is based in London UK. You will be supporting the team and the Studio Manager with production needs and internal social media management. We are looking for someone with real initiative who can make things happen – you must be organised, have great attention to detail and be willing to jump across multiple disciplines.

Role Detail

  • You need to be a good timekeeper and have the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder, with business, production and project management skills.
  • You’ll be expected to work as part of a hybrid working hours studio/office & work from home model. You need to know when to ask for help or guidance from colleagues and enjoy working as part of a team – but be able to work without supervision
  • You must have a good grounding in digital applications for production administration and project management. The ideal candidate will have a qualification related to marketing, business or media. Design experience is an advantage but not essential. 
  • You’ll be expected to assist with the management of the company’s social media accounts & content for the website. Being active on social media is an advantage. 
  • You’ll be the key contact and act as the community manager for the TAKEOFF EU. You’ll be required to assist with gathering the content from all the TAKEOFF studios for the EU external newsletter.
  • You will be expected to carry out general financial, administrative tasks by handling payments and expenses, processing invoices, organising staff and crew travel and accommodation.
  • You will also be expected to assist the team with project management of printing, supplier communications and courier logistics.
  • There will also be times when assistance will be needed with event production and managing physical stock items in and out of the studio.
  • Organise and attend trade shows when needed.
  • Assist the design and production team with research materials.
  • Multiple ad-hoc projects.

·      Understand the company’s mission, vision, objectives and values to continually enhance the company’s performance.

·      Ensure your behaviours represent the company in the best light at all times

·      Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends to the team.

·      Own items on and contribute to TAKEOFF’s internal improvement plans.

·      Research and understand competition and share learnings with the team so that we can develop/respond as required.
