THE PROJECT
Ubisoft’s 2020 action-adventure epic Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was the twelfth major title in the Assassin’s Creed series, and saw players control Viking warrior Eivor, battling their way through the British Isles in late 800 AD.
THE CHALLENGE
Ubisoft approached us and asked us to create key elements for the merch-packed Assassin’s Creed Valhalla collector’s edition, as well as create influencer kits and social media assets to help advertise it.

Our key contribution to the collector’s edition was the 30-cm tall figurine of female protagonist Eivor. She stands at the mast of her highly-detailed Drakkar – with Raven, Synin, perched atop the figurehead – clasping her shield and Dane axe, leading her clan into battle. Our team also created the unique artwork for the collector’s edition’s packaging and box.
Our team also handled the print work for the printed materials within the collector’s edition such as lithographs and Premium Certificate of Authenticity. We designed all the items within the kit including the CD of the game’s soundtrack and steelbook cover. We also designed graphical ad mock-ups for the EMEA regions, alongside handling influencer outreach and creative, disruptive social media campaigns.
