Developed by KT Racing and published by Nacon, Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown is the latest entry in the legendary open-world racing franchise. Released in September 2024, the game delivers an unparalleled blend of luxury, competition, and automotive excellence.
THE CHALLENGE
Nacon partnered with TakeOff to conceptualise, design, manufacture, and deliver a premium Collector’s Edition that would captivate the franchise’s dedicated fanbase. The goal was to create an exclusive, high-end package that embodied the essence of Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, offered fans a tangible and immersive connection to the game, and stood out as a must-have collectible, driving excitement for pre-orders and launch. With only 2,000 units available, the design needed to exude exclusivity while staying true to the franchise’s legacy.

TAKEOFF'S SOLUTION
To bring Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown’s world of prestige and high-performance racing to life, TakeOff designed a Collector’s Edition that embodies the game’s luxury-driven spirit. The set features a framed miniature Porsche 918 Spyder (1:36 scale), a numbered Solar Club Platinum membership card, and a sleek steelbook case.
Fans will also find a Solar Crown casino chip, premium cufflinks in a faux-leather case, and a luxury keychain. Completing the experience are a 16-page concept art guide, a detailed game world map, and a Solar Crown cap with 3D embroidery—all housed in a premium collector’s box designed for true exclusivity.
