Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is the brand’s unique take on the Star Wars reboot. Launched in 2016, the game was developed by TT Fusion and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.
THE CHALLENGE
Star Wars: The Force Awakens marked a new age of interest and excitement in the space saga. To fully capture that excitement, we created a unique buzz kit for the game to send to journalists and influencers, that also doubled as an exhibit invite for the game.

Our Force Awakens buzz kit was lovingly wrapped in a customised ocard box, flanked on either side with Lego versions of Kylo Ren and Finn clutching lightsabers (with Finn notably nervous about the potential battle). Lifting the Sierra box uncovered a Lego Star Wars Stormtrooper Figurine Alarm Clock, as well as a booklet.
The booklet included an LCD screen that played the game’s latest trailer, as well as a mini USB cable that could be plugged into it to download game assets. The booklet also featured a code to access an exclusive demo of the game to be launched on May the 4th (naturally!).
