Sanofi Genzyme – BSR 2018

THE PROJECT
French multinational pharmaceutical company Sanofi is a global leader in healthcare, and regularly exhibits at health-focused trade shows around the world.

THE CHALLENGE
Sanofi exhibited at the British Society for Rheumatology’s (BSR) annual conference in 2018. We were approached by healthcare communications agency HAVAS Just:: to design two 10m islands and a 4m x 4m medical affairs booth for the conference.

TAKEOFF'S SOLUTION

The TAKEOFF team worked closely alongside HAVAS Just::, working from concept stage to designing and building a pagoda and garden to be used as a stage for scheduled talks

The pagoda and garden were also complemented by a separate medical affairs booth; the stage and booths were designed and constructed with features including an integrated technology AV/PA system, lighting, rigging, and services including a coffee bar with baristas.

TAKEOFF also handled activation and built the sets on-site over a two-day period. The structures were live for three days. The Sanofi project and activation is one of our award-winners, with TAKEOFF presented with an Award of Excellence at the RX Club awards 2018.
