Sanofi – BSR 2019 Exhibition Activation

THE PROJECT
French multinational pharmaceutical company Sanofi is a global leader in healthcare, and regularly exhibits at health-focused trade shows around the world.

THE CHALLENGE
Sanofi exhibited at the British Society for Rheumatology’s (BSR) annual conference in 2018. We were approached by healthcare communications agency HAVAS Just:: to design two 10m islands and a 4m x 4m medical affairs booth for the conference.

TAKEOFF'S SOLUTION

TAKEOFF’s creative and activation specialists had limited surface area to work with, so each exhibition space needed to be open, warm, welcoming and informative for visitors. To encapsulate that feeling, we also built and managed a coffee bar; the perfect place for delegates to meet and relax during their busy seminar schedule.

Areas also had to easily convey the benefits of Kevzara. TAKEOFF created exhibition panels complete with screens and headphones that footfall could access to absorb Kevzara content effectively without being distracted by the huge crowd at the event. These were partnered with other panels featuring company information and other creative content.

TAKEOFF built a specialist stage within the area, designed to host a schedule of talks and insights from expert speakers. We managed this part of the conference for two days, with four speakers a day giving the benefits of their experience to attendees.

The exhibit’s centrepiece was a round table with stools to break down barriers between representatives and prospects so they could all talk freely with each other. For those looking for more intimate one-on-one discussions, an office room was set up which also gave prospects access to representatives, digital and offline content.

To emphasise the welcoming nature of Sanofi, seminar areas were open with comfortable furniture for prospects and representatives to make use of. Another fun way to engage footfall was with our ‘magic mirror’.

An interactive table was also developed so six delegates could interact with the content simultaneously. The content provided various patient journeys. This was visualised using multiple choice flowcharts amongst other easily-digestible and accessible related content.

All of these, when activated as one exhibit, created a comfortable environment, branded by Sanofi, that was accessible to all.
