DROP DEAD: THE CABIN – INFLUENCER KITS

THE GAME
Drop Dead: The Cabin was released in February 2023, and was British developer and publisher Soul Assembly’s first-ever virtual reality (VR) game. The frightening, fun and immersive survival-horror experience was launched for Meta Quest 2.

THE CHALLENGE
Soul Assembly asked us to help promote Drop Dead: The Cabin. We created bespoke branded influencer kits for the game that could be sent to VR-focused content creators.

TAKEOFF'S SOLUTION

Our kits’ terrifying ‘decal of the dead’ stickers could be fixed to an influencer’s Meta Quest 2 VR headset, making it resemble one of the bloodthirsty zombies that the player has to fight in-game. Influencers could look cool while fighting hordes of the undead, too, with our snazzy Drop Dead: The Cabin-branded varsity jackets, complete with exclusive skull-and-crossbones design on the chest.

To make our jackets look even sharper, influencers could attach our kits’ Drop Dead logo pin. Also included was a Drop Dead-branded card; all contained in our specially-designed Drop Dead: The Cabin box. We were able to create and distribute these kits to Soul Assembly’s tight deadline, and were well-received by some of the web’s top VR influencers.
