Cannes Lions is billed as ‘the most creative week of the year’ and is an annual festival and award show celebrating the value of creativity in branded comms.

THE CHALLENGE
International sensations Friendly Fires were performing at the Cannes Lions Festival, and wanted to create ‘the’ party on the beach; a truly unforgettable experience for attendees.

TAKEOFF'S SOLUTION

With so many people expected and international musicians to look after, TAKEOFF needed to make sure everybody was happy and able to express themselves creatively, as well as feel safe and secure. TAKEOFF handled talent management and security, as well as sourcing translation services to make sure every attendee could be catered for.

Behind the scenes, TAKEOFF took care of location and temporary structure sourcing, as well as making sure that stages and function areas were actioned within the highest health and safety standards. Our remit also extended to making sure all the attendees, cast and crew were well-fed; TAKEOFF managed food and drink, and took care of licensing.
