THE CHALLENGE
With the Blacksad series making its debut in the gaming world, the development team needed a logo for the game that was as sharp as its noir-style graphics.

TAKEOFF'S SOLUTION

To do justice to the comic made famous by Juan Diaz Canales and Juanjo Guarnido, TAKEOFF’s design and branding team worked with the developers to create a logo that drew from retro inspirations and past titles of the comics.

The end result is a dark, moody logo in both black and white variants that complemented the game’s ‘50s detective style, with a striking font that can’t help but be noticed. The logo is a great fit on the game, and also features on press and other art assets to draw attention.
