Maserati and Bowers & Wilkins

Car manufacturer Maserati partnered with audio specialists Bowers & Wilkins to provide surround sound systems in its high-end vehicles.

The two companies decided to embark on a world tour to present the partnership to the global media and its customers, and approached TAKEOFF to activate the international tour.



TAKEOFF sourced seven unique raw venues in brand-sensitive locations across the regions Maserati and Bowers & Wilkins were touring. For the events proper, TAKEOFF created and built the sets, which featured Maserati cars and interactive elements to encourage attendees to experience Bowers & Wilkins audio products for themselves.

Other activation elements TAKEOFF managed during the world tour included key lighting, sound and projection to media and destination management of client and crew. TAKEOFF also managed stage management including talent, show calling, food and drink, health and safety, travel and customs.
